McDonald’s announced it’s selling its Russia business after previously pausing operations due to the Ukraine war. The company said its continued ownership of Russia was no longer ‘consistent with McDonald’s values.’ McDonald’s first opened in Russia 32 years ago, and has more than 800 restaurants and 62,000 employees there.
