CFO Michael Smith announces his intention to take on expanded leadership roles outside of Voya Financial

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS THREAD)–Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), the leading health, wealth and investment company, today announced that Michael S. Smith, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to leave the company to pursue expanding leadership roles outside of Voya. Smith will continue to serve as Voya’s CFO until November 15, 2022, overseeing the closing and reporting of the company’s third quarter, which ends September 30, 2022. The company will conduct an internal search and external to identify Smith’s successor.
