ABOUT CARMILA
As the third listed owner of commercial properties in continental Europe, Carmila was founded by Carrefour and large institutional investors with the aim of transforming and enhancing the value of shopping centers adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets in France, Spain and Italy. As of June 30, 2022, its portfolio was valued at 6,160 million euros, made up of 208 shopping centers, all leaders in their catchment areas.
Carmila is listed in compartment A of Euronext-Paris under the symbol CARM. It benefits from the French real estate investment trusts (“SIIC”) tax regime.
Carmila has been a member of SBF 120 since June 20, 2022.
